These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website of House Painting LLC (“House Painting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the services we provide. By using this website or requesting an estimate, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
House Painting provides residential and commercial painting, power washing, deck staining and restoration, fence finishing, driveway sealing, and drywall repair in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and surrounding areas. All work is subject to a written estimate and agreement.
Estimates & Pricing
Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the scope of work discussed at the time of the quote. Final pricing may change if the scope, conditions, or materials differ from what was originally assessed. Any significant change will be communicated to you before additional work proceeds.
Scheduling & Weather
Exterior work depends on weather and surface conditions. For quality and safety, we may reschedule when temperature, humidity, or precipitation fall outside manufacturer specifications. We will keep you informed of any timeline changes.
Workmanship Warranty
We stand behind our work. Exterior painting is backed by a workmanship warranty of up to three years when the recommended surface preparation is completed, as detailed in your project agreement. Warranties cover workmanship and do not cover damage from settling, moisture intrusion, structural movement, or normal wear. Manufacturer warranties on materials are provided by the product manufacturer.
Customer Responsibilities
To help your project go smoothly, we ask that you provide safe access to the work area, move or protect fragile and high-value items, and disclose known issues such as lead paint, mold, or water damage prior to work beginning.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in your project agreement. We accept Zelle, Cash, Check, Venmo. Deposits, where required, are noted in your written estimate.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, House Painting LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website. Our liability for services is governed by the terms of your individual project agreement.
